FC2 - Inventory Lead 

Work schedule: 08:00 - 16.30

Pay: $23.00 per hour

What you will be doing...

Working alongside our FC Supervisors, you'll keep orders flowing, help our associates do their best work, and make sure everyone on the floor goes home safe at the end of every shift. 

You'll be visible on the floor, setting the standard for accuracy and quality, and spotting and raising issues early so they get get fixed before the affect our clients. 

You'll train, coach and guide our associates and temporary workers on our standards for accuracy and quality control, so they feel confident from day one. 

You'll help Supervisors verify shift attendance, confirm associate working hours when needed, and make sure lunch and break schedules are followed

Be a champion of safety across every area of the operation

Act quickly to escalate system errors, WMS glitches, inventory discrepancies or safety hazards to FC Supervisors or Operations Managers. 

Your skills and experience...

• Proven ability to motivate frontline teams, drive shift engagement, and maintain a high level of team morale
• Experience with ControlPort or other warehouse management systems
• Ability to provide clear, direct communications both verbally and written with fluency in English
• Naturally quick thinking in order to resolve bottlenecks or issues before they reach our client
• Data and detail-oriented 

Physical requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull continuously for 8 hours
• Ability to regularly lift and carry items up to 20lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
