I manage the Onboarding team and onboarding for larger clients.
What were you doing before?
I worked in the private parking industry (boo!) as a ticket and appeal administrator. I was also responsible for bringing new sites onboard and training parking operators on the use of the system.
Did you go to uni? If yes, which one and what did you study?
University of Northampton and I studied Psychology.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work every day?
Supporting the team to onboard exciting new clients and seeking opportunities for growth.
If there is such a thing, what does a typical day look like for you?
Catching up with and supporting the team with the clients we have coming onboard, communicating with the rest of the business and with clients to book in training calls, making sure they are happy with their transition to James and James.

Energetic, funny and self-motivated with a drive to delight clients.
What key successes or achievements have you played a role in whilst working at James and James?
I think one of the key successes I have been a part of has been the way in which client onboarding has developed at James and James. We’ve created processes to elevate the onboarding experience to make sure clients are supported every step of the way.
How would you describe life at James and James in three words?
Dynamic, weird, and wonderful.
What's one thing most people don't know about you?
In one of my previous job roles at a leisure centre I was responsible for leading a Peppa Pig themed exercise class (with special "Peppa Themed" dances) for 1-4-year-olds.
What are you most proud of, outside of work?
Achieving a first class degree in Psychology.
What do you get up to when you're not working?
I like to bake, watch rugby and spend time with friends.
