What were you looking forward to the most about joining James and James?

I was most looking forward to a new journey with an ambitious group of people that I could grow with. Also, the state of the art, unique business was very exciting. 

City life or countryside?

100% countryside! My ideal would be a small holding with my nearest neighbour 1 mile away. 

Did you have a background in fulfilment before joining James and James?

I'd not worked in a fulfilment centre before but I did have a great deal of knowledge in distribution for large businesses.
